No, according to the program's description, the software syncs only with Outlook, however, if you have the possibility export the contacts as CSV or VCF then you can import them into any application that supports these two file types. CSV is a format used widely by applications that handle contact information.

In order to transfer files from your computer to LG GT350I, you need to use LG PC Suite IV. It is specially designed for your device and you can download and install it free of charge from the PC SYNC tab. Besided the file transfer feature, you can create, edit and delete phone data, synchronize the contacts or calendar with the PC, or transfer the messages from phone to computer.
You can download the updated application, which supports Windows XP, from the official website, but first make sure that the USB driver is installed. You can download it from the same website.
Although the program says that the phone is connected, when I try to sync, it says that there is a connection problem. I have tried moving the USB cable to different ports but I received the same error message. I can transfer the data manually, but the sync to Outlook doesn't work. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install the PC Suite specially designed for your KU990R device. You will find it in the PC Sync section. If it doesn't work, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device and click Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If you still have issues, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Outlook and click the Change button next to Uninstall. After that, press Repair, Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
I'm receiving an error message saying "No phone information exists. Make connection in PC Suite Mode and try again in a different mode". My Virgin Mobile LG Rumor Touch is not recognized by the program. I paid $160 for this device, and my computer is not able to detect it. What can I do?

You don't need this application to connect the device to your computer. Log in to Windows on an Administrator account, go to Start, type Device Manager and open the utility. Select the Universal Serial Bus controllers, right-click on the related drivers and select Uninstall. After that, restart your computer, connect the device to PC using the USB cable and wait several seconds. Windows will automatically find and install the drivers. Now, go to your phone Main Menu, select Tools, tap the Mass Storage option and press the Connect to PC button.
